We believe that if we respect other countries, they will do the same with us.

If we were to go to war, our many allied countries would hep us, yet it is still important that we have a relatively strong military, which is why we re willing to spend some money on military instead of none at all.
War will always be the absolute last resort.

Strict adherence to the Geneva Convention as a way to restore our honor to the world that we will treat prisoners of war humanely and will never use acts of torture.

Because Cuba is opening its borders, this could allow limited travel between the U.S. and Cuba.
